Yeah..those bastards owe me $600+ from an order I placed Jan. 31, 2006 and they never shipped…I am about to file a complaint with the Arizona and Nevada attorney general’s office.
Well,crap!I’ve gotten a lot of good stuff from them over the last couple of years.I just logged on to get a some cheap CDR media and found out they were no more….
I am also a victim of this scam artist. I ordered a computer and never received it, but my
credit card was charged. Beware anyone who has ever purchased anything via credit
card from this dirt bag, as he now has all your credit card info.
I’m sorry that all of you are having trouble with isellsurplus. I just want to reiterate the fact that I had ordered with them several times and always received my orders promptly and had good customer service when I contacted them. It always stinks though when a company goes out and has dangling orders out there.
I’m also a victim. I sent them approximately 75 zip drives and scsi controllers that they were to ‘buy’ from me. I’m out of the drives and still don’t have the money. this is about 1.5 months ago.
Those bastards at isellsurplus screwed a customer of mine as well. Ordered a $250 Samaba PC (1.8Ghz 512RAM)refurb on Jan 31st, 2006 and a month later they say its still on back order.. then I request my money back once I see the webpage announcement and they assure me they will send it within 10 days. 11 days later, no refund I once again email and get another speedy response saying they will look into it.. Since then, NOTHING.

I cant really afford to eat this money, but if need be, I will personally refund the money back to my customer since I recommended these guys to them. I bought 4 of these samaba PC’s and really liked them, so I had no bad or negative reference when I had them place this order.
