Apparently, this is the answer to all the problems I’ve been having lately (as in “past 6 months” kind of lately). Customer service for every company I’ve dealt with has been absoultely horrid. Sadly, the best was Dell when I ordered my sister’s digital camera back before Christmas. They ended up giving me a $50 coupon for something that really wasn’t even their fault. I wrote them with intentions of letting them know that DHL left a package on my doorstep in the rain, just as a heads-up for them. But in the end, they said they were sorry and hoped I would consider shopping with them again. But anyway, Dogbert is on to something I think…

I’m sorry to hear that your recent interactions with us have not been positive. Why don’t we drive over to our customer service center, find the little weasel who dissed ya, and take away his breathing privledges. ;o)
