Colophon v3.0 is the perfect combination of blood, sweat, tears, PHP, CSS, MySQL, insomnia, and caffeine. I’m happy to report that this site was 99.9% developed and tested on Linux, using zero WYSIWYG editors. That final 0.1% of development time goes to the time spent testing the site for IE6 on Windows. All modifications were done using either vim on my SuSE 10.0 powered IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad R51, or made directly on the server in vi over SSH. All pages at are fully valid XHTML 1.0 Strict – if you find otherwise, please let me know. These are all things I am quite proud of and feel that I deserve to give myself a good pat on the back.

I’ve dubbed this WordPress theme “GoHeels” and it is based heavily on Gemini Blue by Jennifer Ledbetter. I found the NC logo as well as the footprint icon using Google’s Image Search. Any image editing was done in The Gimp.
